Text Message Terms

These terms apply to the Morgan Fertility text message program (“Morgan Fertility texts”), operated by Shore Institute for Reproductive Medicine, PC, doing business as Morgan Fertility, 475 Highway 70, Suite 201, Lakewood, NJ 08701.

Program description

By giving us your mobile number and agreeing to receive texts, you may receive:

• Appointment reminders and confirmations. These texts include only the date, time, location and a call-back number. They do not include diagnosis or treatment details.
• Marketing and promotional texts, such as fertility education and offers.

Consent

You agree to receive these texts when you enter your phone number on a Morgan Fertility form and accept the consent notice shown with it. Consent is not a condition of purchase or of receiving care.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no more texts will be sent unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (866) 582-2229 or sam@morganfertility.com.

Carriers

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and device and is not guaranteed.

Your privacy

We will not share your mobile information or opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed.
